Just a line to give a huge big thank you for sending Steve to sort out my failed Central Heating earlier this week. He was, as usual, quick and efficient. I have been a customer of A and A for longer than I care to remember, and you have always been brilliant responding to my call-outs.
In this modern world it's so easy to complain about services/ companies/ individuals, so the compliments offered in this message are sincere and deserved.

We will renew our annual contract
On 27th October 2022 we had neither heating nor hot water. A&A were called mid-morning and arrived early afternoon the same day. An unusual fault was found and fixed in a very short time which proves A&A's years of experience. We will renew our annual contract.
