A & A Gas Services was founded in 2004 by Andy Gillett. Andy, with over 20 years’ experience in the gas industry, he was a service contractor for a large national company. Working for such a large company who offered heating system cover, he realised that there was a gap in the market for a heating cover that did not cost the earth and had no hidden surprises for the customer. Thus A & A Gas Services was established. 

 

In February 2024 the business was taken over by Hannah and Ryan McWilliams who have worked for A & A Gas for many years so this means the business will continue looking after our customers in the manner which they have come to expect. 

 

We pride ourselves on being a humble locally run business who strive to provide a cost effective, clear and professional service, with a friendly no hidden costs approach without leaving our customers feeling unsure of what they are paying for. 

 

Our aim is to provide the best possible cover for a very reasonable cost and to provide complete piece of mind for our customers. 

We have grown from strength to strength, providing general plumbing and heating work, alongside our very popular and highly recommended annual heating cover. 

 

We can undertake all domestic heating/gas enquiries including modern Smart Systems such as Hive. 

 

Our team consists of fully qualified engineers with a total of 30+ years’ experience in the trade, and therefore providing a vast knowledge base and skill. All our engineers are fully qualified and registered with Gas Safe, the official gas registration body for the United Kingdom.
